Our Agile approach uses Iterative, Incremental Development to enable continuous customer feedback loops. This produces efficient planning of features in successive iterations, where each new iteration incrementally adds new features. Clients benefit from seeing an early release that makes it easier to understand and decide on features to add in later iterations.
About Pricing
It is often hard for a customer to fully describe what is wanted, which makes pricing complicated. We can offer a fixed price bid up front for an entire project, but develop the website in stages. This benefits both the consultant and the client. The feedback we receive from our customers at each stage reduces time spent going in the wrong direction. With short iterations course corrections can be made easily and quickly. We can thus keep prices lower.
